Reception / Administration Role – Part Time or Full Time| Linneys Subiaco An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Office Administration assistant to join the friendly and dynamic team at Australia's premier jeweller, Linneys. About the role & responsibilities: · Handling office duties, such as answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails and updating data to maintain records and databases. · Purchasing of office supplies, stationery, first aid & store supplies · Preparing outgoing freight for shipment via the AIRWAYS system and internal log. · Keeping the administration, corporate kitchen and boardroom tidy. · Assisting with Linney’s events preparation and ordering. · Preparation and review of the jewellery certificate of sales. · Receiving incoming postage. Recording and checking of packages to the internal log to be passed on to relevant team members. · File and archive paperwork and paid invoices. · Supporting company accounting (Banking, credit cards consolidation, & Invoicing) · Assisting company Directors with administrative workload. · Help schedule and coordinate maintenance contractors at the Subiaco site. Key Qualifications & Requirements: · Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative or bookkeeper. · Interpersonal skills. A friendly and outgoing personality for constant interaction with people. · Professional and courteous manner · Excellent communication & decision-making skills. · Ability to pay attention to details and adapt to change. · Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask · High levels of accuracy and efficiency · Intermediate level using Excel and Microsoft Office · English Language, fluent speech/ writing. · Beneficial and valuable If the applicant has experience using systems such as Xero, MYOB, POS, Bookkeeping, or Banking experience.
